I still want to name my next pet Karsa (or Fiddler, or Gesler, or Hellian, or any number of my favorites in this series), but my husband gets naming rights of the next pet.

I only have 6 left of the series in entirety, and I’m super looking forward to the eventual Witness Trilogy featuring one of my (and everyone’s) favorites, Karsa Orlong. I will likely write another at the end of the year, just recapping all the novels I made it through. The final book is just… I don’t even have the words yet to even describe how it made me feel.

This is quite possibly one of the most intense, powerful series I’ve ever read. But I finished the 10 book main series of Malazan Book of the Fallen by Steven Erikson.
